Community Tasting Notes 1

September 21, 2022 - Opened at the beginning of the day with a double decant for sediment. Rebottled. And then it sat in a backpack being moved around all day with a reasonable ambient temperature (maybe 70 degrees). I am always a bit in awe of this grape which seems to love the time. It’s youngish but by the time I pulled it out after all the sloshing without sediment for many hours at a moderate temp it was actually drinking really nicely. It’s not Madeira or that craziness but it feels only a few levels removed. Enjoyable.
