April 26, 2019 - Exactly what I want on the nose. Funky, brambly, but friendly. The palate is nice, with exactly that sort of carbonic spike that I'm looking for, and a gently acetic palate that mellows out pretty quickly. Enjoying it, but wishing for just a bit more backpalate.

December 17, 2018 - Lovely, sappy, funky, but with depth and mineral seam, natural Moulin. Good now with slightly heavier fowl dishes.
