June 4, 2023 - Still drinking fairly strong. Pours mostly dark. Very light bricking. Nice depth. Still some tannin. Good finish. Good to go.

June 10, 2013 - 2006 Chateauneuf-du-Pape (Tasted Blind) (Rich & Peggy's House, Los Altos, CA): Darker red color than the other wines in the line-up. Sweet raspberries. Fruity palate. Good depth.

October 19, 2012 - Deep purple/red color. Aromas of black fruits, pepper, leather, black olive and oak. Full-bodied, ripe fruit in the mouth with excellent depth and a long, tongue-coating finish. Very good structure and well-integrated tannins. This wine was delicious with the spicy food at Han Dynasty Restaurant. Just approaching peak drinking period.
