September 4, 2023 - Really tasty: precise but full of richness. honestly drinks above the 8g dosage if you're sensitive to dosage, but I just see that adding to its versatility on the table. Never exhausting from either richness (or acid) and finishes with chalk vs rs.
soft cork but no apparent oxidation or flaws.
