April 14, 2023 - White Burgundy Dinner (Asia Grand): Blind. Blossom, chrysanthemum, honey, disjointed on the palate and a little more oxidative than I would have preferred, savoury finish.

April 14, 2023 - White Burgundies at Asia Grand: Previous experience with this producer of Les Cras from the same vintage was better. Golden in colour, a little over-ripe and sweet but not as offensive as the Javillier. Weekday quaffer sort of wine that didn't leave much of an impression.

November 4, 2018 - 2nd tasting. Even better than I remembered it.
Deeply satisfying multilayered wine which evolved over 2 hours. Such a sensual nose. Crisp acidity. Minerally accents. Blossoms of flowers and white fruit. Just blew me away. I've never been much of a Chardonnay fan but this one has made me re-evaluate. Medium finish but with a wine this elegant, hey, who's counting? DT/JL/Jude @ NewUbin USD$56. Would I buy more? Is that a question??
