January 20, 2024 - Drank surprisingly well. Seems at its peak right now - the integration is very good. By far the best white of the evening.

December 17, 2023 - Medium lemon. Pronounced aromas of lemon zest, apricot, green apple, cream, vanilla, almonds, hazelnuts. Med+ acidity, full bodied. Very good wine. Perhaps worth drinking up to avoid losing the primary fruit characteristics.

September 2, 2022 - This full bodied Italian Chardonnay (blend) was a bit of a disappointment at a recent Michelin star Italian restaurant, despite impeccable food and service. Paired reasonably well with seafood abalone and caviar starter but faired less favorably with various pastas dishes including burrata, uni, and red prawn (separate dishes).
Nose expressed lovely tropical fruit, stone fruit, and mandarin but palate seemed undeveloped, unintegrated, angular and young. I’ve heard good things about this wine and look forward to tasting an older vintage paired with proper food.1 person found this helpful Comments (1) -

July 30, 2022 - Consistently good every time I drink it. Lucky to have been gifted a 6pack of this vintage. Full and rich with nice depth. Notes of pineapple, citrus, green apple, and pear, with integrated notes of wood. Showing well now and likely has a few years ahead of it. Nothing wrong with drinking now, a delight.

July 14, 2022 - Querciabella (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Savoury, a little closed, sweet spice, slightly dusty notes, a little honey, touch of mushroom, kumquat and mandarin. Medium plus intensity acidity, tightly textured, similar fruit profile, it's a little alcoholically warm, out of whack, Nah
