April 3, 2018 - A serious Cab Franc. It took at least an hour to open up, but it was really worth it. Very ripe fruit, with unfortunatly slightly too much alcohol...but you don't notice it if drank with food. Beautiful structure, with high quality tannins. Dark chocolate and subtle oak notes on the palate. No trace of vegetable aromas. High quality wine...that needs a few years in the cellar.
