October 8, 2023 - Disappointing to me. I know a lot of the notes say this wine ages well and this vintage is in a good spot, but this bottle tasted past its prime to me. Lacked concentration and zip, with a slight hollow bitterness.

September 15, 2023 - Bottle 10 of 12 purchased on release. Light pink and orange color. Gorgeous perfumed nose of melon, minerals and spice. Rich flavors of strawberry and citrus that really stain the palate. Perfectly balanced and drinking beautifully today. Domaine Tempier is one of my favorites from Provence and the six years of bottle of age proves the point that top tier rosé from Bandol benefit from bottle aging. Super tasty tonight with the flatbread pizza.

August 5, 2023 - Orange and pink. Very aromatic, melon, lime and a savory/slightly funky aroma. Rich palate, stone fruit, rhubarb, orange rind and a bitter aperol element. Very quaffable.

July 18, 2023 - Mourvèdre (~ 50%) with Grenache and Cinsault,13.5% vol. Bottle 5 of 6. PnP and enjoyed over two days.

On the nose melon, lime and a hint of orange peel (on day one mainly melon, on day two more lime), on the palate fresh and creamy, long finish with a nice bitter note.

Very good, I liked it more on the first day (91+) than on the second (90) but this might be just a matter of taste.
