October 15, 2023 - Rich, minerals, herbs, sour cherry, cigarbox, wet earth, forestfloor... So a complex Brunello, showing some heat in the fruit but the acidity delivers freshness. I don't think that the prime drinking window will stretch much further (bottle conserved at 12 °C) but I really enjoyed it.
