  January 10, 2021 - I like this wine because of its minerality, which my partner thought was too strong. First, you notice the fresh grass bouquet, then you are hit with the fresh, milnerally flavor. It is light on the palate while being full of flavor, with tartness and citrus notes. Perhaps something between Sauv Blanc and Pinot Grigio. I was delighted!

  July 25, 2019 - Served very cold from the fridge and it disappointed us showing little more than liquorice and some citrus flavours. Half an hour later after warming a little it showed all the characteristics described in my note of Feb. 2018. Nice on a summers day with food (salmon in this case) or alone. Almond skin and fennel on the late palate. Lasting well.

  February 1, 2018 - Citrus and herbs (fennel, dill) on the nose. A dry, medium-bodied wine with character and good acidity. The palate shows apples, hints of tropical fruits, citrus flavours (mainly grapefruit with some lemon zest). Richer, softer and almost sweeter as it warmed and opened. Almond flavours develop with some bitter almond skins that dominate the long end palate.
  Next day, the grapefruit and almond were prominent. Good with fish but would be good with charcuterie (or with nibbles as an attractive summer apertif). 88-
  Note. A sample left in the fridge for 2 days was very good - softer and more 'together'.
