    July 11, 2020 - Probably should have waited for this one. Quite tannic right now. Pale ruby. Well structured but very young, so no silk or elegance showing. I feel like that will emerge over time. Very little fruit right now--but what there is, is red--tart cherry. Mostly herbal on nose and palette—thyme, oregano. Well made wine. I’d like to try it in 10 years.
