August 13, 2021 - Absolutely enjoyable wine! It has a subtle buttery note from some malo, which is soaked up by the wine’s citrus acidity and minerality. Freshness like a Chablis, but buttery and yellow stone fruit flavours gave the wine several added dimensions. Absolute stunner! Very long aftertaste. The wine is an absolute pleasure to drink now, but still has good life in it for a few years. I first had it in one of Paris’ 3* restaurants for a seafood inspired lunch course. Now we had it with cooked lobster and it was a match made in heaven, as the wine didn’t overpower the flavours.

July 2, 2020 - Équilibré, sans note qui accroche, d'une belle fraîcheur avec une finale qui se reserrre, saline. Clin d'oeil à Chablis!
