July 15, 2023 - After another exceptional Cuvee Alexandrine ‘16 this week (95 pts and not upstaged by an Esmonin CSJ) I had to give this one a go. It’s almost as good. Absolutely in its drinking window. Rich and long with a wonderful balance of fruit and farmyard.

May 16, 2021 - A quick purchase from Davy’s Wine Merchant when visiting a friend in Greenwich. Stemless Riedel glasses probably not ideal glassware.
Initially very reductive nose which took quite a while to blow off. Eventually it gave way to red fruit and quite an intriguing Asian spice note
Palate brings sappy raspberry, red cherry, tasty acidity and good tannic structure
If having again I’d certainly recommend a good decant but not bad otherwise and has some structure to develop more complexity -
