  August 10, 2017 - Bricking red in color, with licorice and herb notes on the nose. The palate shows concentrated wild berry, cracked pepper, and herb flavors. Nice mouth feel and medium-long finish.

  October 11, 2013 - I wouldn't say it's past it's prime, but rather that it is as good as it is going to get. And it is quite good indeed for a reasonably priced bottle of Zin.

  June 9, 2012 - A bit past prime but still enjoyable. throwing quite a bit of sediment at this age so be sure to decant; but the wine is very delicate so be sure to stopper immediately after filtering. Nose a bit muted but reveals blueberries, blueberry cobbler, jam, stewed plum. Feeling a bit tired on the palate as well. Not jammy or ripe, more so cool blue and red fruits, vanilla. Tannins already resolved.
