November 18, 2020 - Tantalizing Amarone nose of raisins, spice, cherry. Medium body, well balanced, interesting complexity, though I did expect more weight. Perhaps a few more years would add depth.

March 13, 2020 - Decanted - no sediment. A bit tight at first, but after an hour of air it really opens up nicely.
    Nose is aromatic, floral.
On the palate it bursts with ripe, juicy red cherries - achieving a wonderful balance between tart/sweet. Raisin undertones, but the bright cherry is what really dominates.
The finish shows a lingering sense of cigar tabacco.
The acidity is very nicely balanced.
It is particularly fresh and bright for an amarone. Very good!

December 14, 2019 - Har stäppat upp ett par steg sen vi drack den för ca 1år sen.
    Fullkomligt exploderar i munnen.
För vara deras "Bas Amarone" är det ett helt underbart vin med dom kända smakerna ett riktigt bra Amarone ska ha.
Synd det inte finns på SB.
Köp på om det går att få tag i.

December 25, 2018 - 1h air and drank with Christmas Dinner (Duck).

Pale garnet color. Aromas of dried cherry, fig. orange blossom and clove. Full-bodied and rich, with dried cherries and red currant on entry, orange in the mid-palate and an edgy, mouthwatering finish. Smooth, ultra-fine tannins add a good bit of texture to this elegant Amarone.
