  August 28, 2022 - The wine has a lovely straw yellow color all the way to the rim. Still quite young several years to go. A subtle nose of wildflowers minerality Flint and citrus fruits. A hint of aging with beeswax and spice. A lightly oaked Chardonnay with delicious honeyed flavors, a full mouthfeel with a creamy texture, medium plus acidity and an extended finish that nicely balances the fruit and the acid. Definitely Premier cru quality with its full flavors and texture.

  April 7, 2018 - A Roux Rendezvous (1700 Degrees): Lovely nose.
  A delicious pairing against the cured halibut. This was so well balanced. Although there was a richness here it didn't come from the oak although the oak was clearly in the background. Stone fruits were layered with pear. Wonderful mouth feel. There was a subtle smokiness that brought everything together.
  This was my favorite white wine of the night, although I was the only one at the table that felt this as everyone else voted for the Les Enseigneres.

  March 20, 2018 - By the glass at the BA lounge London, on the freshly opened side we think.
  Has a nice soft feel to it, floral, polished acidity and very nice ripe fruit. Albeit it's not a striking wine in any way there is nothing to fault it and makes for very good drinking . Nice wine no question about it, 89
