January 9, 2024 - Not sure if there is or not, but it feels like there is a bit of residual sugar in here because it is beyond fruity; it is slightly sweet. Opulent and easy drinking. It has red currant and plum fruit. It is smooth and seamless. Doesn’t offer a lot of secondary nuance; it is straightforward. It is a nice wine. A crowd pleaser.

Drink now or save another 3-4 years.

October 23, 2022 - PnP'd. Great depth and structure. Tannins were a bit rough though. Will wait to open the others or decant for several hours beforehand.

December 24, 2021 - Slow ox 5 hours. Loads of up front red and blue fruits. The fruit forwardness I find common with the crowd pleasing style of Mark Ryan wines. Red mountain structure and minerality is there but smooth and approachable. This magnum set us up for the night and did not disappoint. I only slightly preferred the 09 dusted valley BFM on the table.
