August 29, 2023 - A beautiful surprise, well aged, rich and toasty, well into its mature drinking window and a joy of a wine given that it is still vibrant. Apple on the nose, autolytic, creamy soft palate and a very pretty finish. Felt a bit more aged than it is so we would suggest one drinks this sooner than later. We actually thought this would be a result of a lot more ageing on the lees but only sees 8 months. A very pretty 93-94

January 22, 2022 - (Disgorged in July 2017, 100% Chardonnay from Cramant, dosage 4 gr/L)
Youthful nose filled with lovely chalk and cream at first and opens up with saline mineral and butter notes as well in a delicious way. Nice and creamy on the palate showing a green apples acidity in an expressive style with a lime zest bitterness on the delicious and lengthy finish.

August 1, 2021 - Light angel food cake, lemon pith, clean, fine and lean but good purity and depth. Perfect oyster bubbles. Still young and nervy. Champagne Lunner at Newport Seafood.
