December 6, 2019 - Drank to celebrate an offer on the Prior Lake house.
Black fruit, pepper, bramble, dried dark fruit, licorice, leather.
Smooth dusty tannins.
I do notice the syrah -- adds some meat.
Drinking aged now -- dont hold too long.
Went well with filet mignon. -

Yum! This stood out even when tasted alongside more expensive Napa cabs.
