December 11, 2020 - Blackberry, sour blueberry, potpourri, iron, white pepper, olive brine. Medium-plus body. Medium acidity. Medium-light tannins. Medium-long finish. Drink now, or in the next 3-5 years.

December 1, 2020 - Decanted for three hours but not sure it really needed it, drinking nicely out of the gate. Lots of sour black cherries with some liquorice/aniseed notes. Thick and savoury, definitely more towards the sour end of the spectrum but not funky, more earthy with some cigar smoke. Interesting complex finish.
