June 24, 2018 - Tranluscent garnet core with salmon color at the rim, bright clarity. Smells are perfume, flowers, cranberries, cherry, cinnamon, sassafras, and hint of barnyard. Tastes are cherry, strawberry, perfumed notes, with acidic zing and deft tannin. A little hot.
