  October 31, 2023 - Finally integrated and just starting to show a little secondary development. Still very bright with lemon and grapefruit, with the malo character integrating into light caramel and golden apple. No hurry, but at least ready to drink.

  March 22, 2023 - Still nowhere near ready, but slowly moving in the right direction. Zippy. Grapefruit, salt, lemon, butter, thyme. Needs air and time. 2025-?

  November 2, 2022 - Light to medium bodied, lots of lemon on the nose and palate, great acidity. When i opened this the CT drinking window only went until 2021, but this is still going strong. Glad I have a few more.

  September 11, 2022 - Opened at the tail end of a day at the pool last weekend for a guest but ended up only serving a single glass, then corked it and put it in the refrigerator. Pulled it out today and was pleasantly surprised at this brilliant light to medium lemon yellow 6 year old chard. It has great acidity and depth with floral and stone fruit aromas and a stony citrus and peach flavor profile. Nice length on the finish. Really pleasant with some pistachios (which brought out some nutty elements in the wine) as well as some steamed veggies. Still vibrant and youthful.
