March 1, 2024 - While I am still more or less happy with the description in my last note a year ago, this showed clearly better this time around. First hints of maturity in terms of fruit which gives it an extra dimension of complexity, and finer, more integrated structure wise, with still racy acidity. As often with Palari Faro this is archetypical Italian wine: rustic, earthy, characterful. Firing on all cylinders. Drink one now! 17.5/20

높은 산도, 미디움 바디, 부드러운 타닌, 우아한 피니쉬, 구조감도 밸런스도 너무 좋다.
하루 지나니 바닐라, 검은 과실에 정향, 흑후추
팔렛은 바디감도 있고 더 진해진 모습
또 다른 매력
처음엔 바르바레스코 인듯 나중엔 BDM인듯 다양한 모습을 멋지게 보여주는 즐거운 와인. -
