March 17, 2018 - One of my absolute favorite Franciacorta sparkling wines. Full bodied, powerful and structured. Almond, peach, honeysuckle, wildflowers, and biscuit. Almost chewy texture with plenty of acidity and a mineral backbone. The finish lasts for well over a minute.
