December 30, 2023 - Lyon Holiday Open House (Where Else?): Red berries, stone fruit, citrus: including lime zest, then saline and a hint of yeast. Great finish and QPR. Their website doesn't mention this vintage, but the 2015 is 100% Pinot so sh6k below can feel better about the tasting impression (its not Chard!).

December 16, 2023 - Precisely a year since I last opened this. Showing darker on the nose, rye toast leading to torched orange peel. A nice umami feel has developed to the palate, swept along with lively acidity to a medium finish closing on pink grapefruit pith. Excellent.

October 22, 2023 - Ett år och nio månader sedan förra flaskan. Färgen går mot guld men den levererar en härlig mousse. Kartigheten har blivit mogna röda äpplen, vinet känns moget, balanserat och komplext med en härlig kryddighet mot slutet. Tiden har verkligen utvecklat denna champagne från den ganska snipiga årgången 2013. Utmärkt.

December 18, 2022 - Showing almond paste and candied lemon peel, bracing acidity counterbalances a background of rich umami and restrained sweetness. Hitting way over its price point, great qpr.
