January 21, 2019 - Pop poured a glass. Drank 1 hour after opening. Aromas of cherry, mushroom, touch of cranberry and wet leaves. Flavors of mushroom, earth, hint of cherry and touch of rhubarb. Ends of a 15 second finish of rhubarb and earth. Easy drinking, pleasant but not extremely complex.

June 30, 2018 - Wet leaves & dark fruits on the nose, candied cherries, hints of thyme, oak & white pepper, silky tannins, medium finish. Excellent with Couturier goat Brie & Roquefort cheeses. Very nice.
