Taste of lemon curd, noticeable oak, a light buttery quality that I can often find overpowering but liked here. Especially in the first 30 minutes, there was a woody bitterness on the back end. After that time (and as the chill warmed up a bit) it subsided a bit while the front end gained a more pronounced oily/buttery character. Medium-plus finish.

November 30, 2019 - White bordeaux style with the chalkiness. One of the best chardonnays I’ve had. Bright and exciting. Complex with something new each taste.
