  July 26, 2023 - Big aroma in th glass of black fruit, herbs, and espresso. Soft tannins and exploding with black cassis, blackberry and rich, red cherry. Great mouthfeel and long round finish.

  May 31, 2022 - Open for 30 minutes and I have a glass here now and it's a tough wine to figure out. The nose is dark and medicinal with a meaty component. The palate to me is a little out of balance. As I swirl this around on the palate, it's got a deep, dark component and there is some fruitiness and a burnt rubber component and green pepper. I also get some vanilla creme and some good acidity in the finish. I truly am confounded by this one and I wanted to love this blend, but don't know what else to say.
  Saved a glass for the 2nd night and it opened up a lot more, but there seemed to be an overwhelming dark cola component that threw this wine out of whack. I hope you have a better experience

  August 13, 2021 - Better with air. Plenty of intrigue. Palate lacked composure initially, but improved with time. Franc certainly present in the aromatics.
