July 28, 2021 - Got this bottle two years ago on a trip to Peru. Drinking it today for Peru's 200 year independence.

Deep ruby red in color. Blackberry and cherry flavors with some sage and cigar box in the mix. Dry, medium bodied, medium tannins, medium acid, medium alcohol. Can't find any fault on balance. A bit more depth would be nice. It finishes dry and with medium length.

Very surprised and impressed by this bottling. Didn't think Peru was making wine at the Mendoza level. This can easily pass for Mendoza Malbec with a little more tannin. I am sure this can age for another 5 years. Not sure how it would develop but I'm leaning towards a good outcome.
