Community Tasting Notes 3

October 27, 2020 - I agree more with my 2019 note, I prefer this wine with food, without- it comes off cluncky and overtly barreled.

April 24, 2020 - Showing consistent with my last note- I didn't notice the cream/vanilla as much this time around, could have been the temperature could be bottle variance. Well made stuff, just starting to come into it's own.

August 27, 2019 - Needs to open up for a few hours prior to consumption. Loads of full fat cream, clean lemon apple in the nose, a bit oaky. In the mouth, the wine is full bodied, creamy mouth feel, moderate oakiness, lemon and pear. This is Napa, for sure- but it's different. There's a very clean, mineral streak in this wine, that I don't see in a lot of other Napa chardonnays, it makes this more enjoyable.
