November 3, 2023 - Herbal, stone fruit, gravelly nose. Palate shows elegant berry, cassis and stone fruit. Iron and rusty on the back end, hints of black clay; touches of burnt sugar. Interesting representation of CA cab.

June 24, 2023 - Deep cranberry red color. Nose of smoke, charcoal and strawberry. Not a fruit bomb. Flavors of necco wafers, licorice and unripe cherry. Has a medium plus body and is dry but with a soft femininity to it more reminiscent of French wines. It does finish with some acidic bite. Interesting wine.

September 21, 2020 - Decanted 2 hours which was enough. Well integrated, bold red fruit. Great balance and texture. only medium length. Merlot is showing at this point.

November 10, 2019 - Very strong right out of the gate. Did not decant - deep layers of complex red fruit and great mouthfeel. Probably should wait but did not disappoint
