March 10, 2019 - A special blend for Ethan Stowell Restaurants (and found in the Delta lounge at SeaTac recently) that the winery released to the mail list this year. Double decanted and worked the bottle over five hours or so. Crazy approachable and smooth for such a young wine. Silky upfront, a tad rough on the finish. Malt chocolate jumps out between. A super high-end daily drinker.
