March 26, 2021 - Bright ruby color. While the fruit is prominent on the nose, it is not as ripe as I was expecting for a warm climate, giving a chance to herbal elements of the Cabernet to shine. Balanced body, with a slight tannic grip, ending with a long and fruity finish. Very good.

April 11, 2020 - Very enjoyable Syrah from Flam. Fruit forward with good structure. Not as earthy as French syrahs but paired beautifully with middle eastern chicken for our Seder meal.

September 23, 2019 - Displays an array or red and black berries with a subtle use of oak that contributes to the spicy undertones. Rounded with good focus and length.

    October 1, 2018 - Cabernet Sauvignon – Merlot – Cabernet Franc – Petit Verdot – Syrah

Medium to full body, bright garnet color. Intense dried fruits, herbal and allspice aroma. Elegant cherry and dried plum palate with spicy and tannic finish. Rich, complex and well balanced, natural berries acidity, and muscular tannins. Food friendly, best match is as grilled meat as not dominant cheeses. Serve 18º - 22º. Need long aeration now, open about two hours ahead. Too young, start drink next year.

May 20, 2018 - Crystal clear cherry and Mediterranean herbs, a touch of pepper, medium bodied. I love the freshness of the red fruit, absolutely no overripeness or dried fruit notes and a beautiful complex finish. Absolute steal at the price, this is a wine I would make a go-to everyday red in Israel and a good example of the quality coming out of mid-range wines in the Judean Hills region.
