May 26, 2023 - Första doftpustarna av härsket smör är rätt vämjeliga men de klingar av något och ger plats för citrus. Mer av den varan tillsammans med äpplig syra i smaken. Den bronsgula färgen skvallrar om oxidation men den är ändå inte särskilt kraftig. Klart drickbart fortfarande men borde ha öppnats för flera år sedan.

October 14, 2018 - Wow, what a great surprise. Still sharp as a razor blade, with notes of citronella and chalk on the nose. Green apple, citrus notes and sea salt on the palate, intense notes of stones. This is pure, classic Chablis with years to go still.

August 21, 2016 - Medium gold colored; fully mature nose of baked apple, cinnamon and ripe melon. Viscous and mouth-coating mature white burg flavors. Fairly long. My last bottle out of several cases bought on release. It was great value. Drink up!
