July 7, 2021 - Nice nose of apples, Edel flower. Good acidity that pulls together the Golden delicious and lemon notes and the vanilla tone that comes out on the ending and keep the buttery fullness in check. Some spicy notes on the medium+ ending. Very nice.

July 7, 2021 - Tried at a bar in Beaune. Medium Apple, weak vanilla fragrance. Dry, oaky medium-to-full body, high acidity, mineral.
