Community Tasting Notes 9

November 30, 2022 - Getting into the last 4 bottles of a case. The wine is aging gracefully, but aging. The wine's clarity was a touch cloudy, not bright. The nose restrained. But the fruit was there, less exuberant, but tart with gamay strawberry. I think the wine is fading but not falling apart. Other bottles will tell more.

November 12, 2021 - Consistent with previous bottles but fruit is a touch less exuberant and some more earthy qualities are starting to mix in. Tart strawberry flavors are still present.

August 9, 2021 - Another excellent bottle. Red fruits of strawberry and raspberry in the front with a structure of bramble-y tannin for weight. An thread of violets and sunshine tie it all together. Last glass threw some sediment.

May 19, 2021 - Red cherry, mineral, bright
