  April 27, 2023 - Deep yellow in colour with flecks of gold. You could easily mistake this wine blind for top tier white Burgundy. Ripe citrus and sea shells on the nose. Creamy and full bodied with high acidity, lots of mineral notes and a long finish. There’s a touch of oxidation which isn’t unwelcome; perhaps a slightly off bottle? One of the better Assyritko from the beautiful island of Santorini. Excellent value for the price.

  October 17, 2021 - Excellent cryspy assyrtiko. Mix of citrus flavors upfront followed by a strong ripe pear finish. One of the best assyrtiko I ever had.

  October 13, 2021 - From a beautiful magnum and frankly the great surprise as we have had our misses with this bottling from vintages past to the point that we avoid it. The 2016 vintage came to the rescue of this and firmly has changed our view. A real crowd pleaser too, soft and with a solid core of light ripe fruit. Mineral and firm , proper polished acidity and with lots of depth. Very impressive 93.

  April 17, 2019 - Drukket uten notater på Varoulko i Pireus. Herlig vin, rieslingaktig, med litt kryddertoner, flott friskhet og imponerende dybde i frukten.

  February 22, 2019 - Deep yellow colour with golden hues. Aromas of sea shells, chamomile, lemon. In the mouth is huge with high acidity, great body. Very young. 93 for now with potential of 96 in 5 years.
