August 4, 2019 - 70% Valdiguie, 8% Zinfandel & 2% Trousseau. Off the list at Beverley's Bistro. From memory. Lots of minerals with herbs, flowers, some earth, then lemon, cranberry and a hint of watermelon. More savory than fruity with high acids. Definitely better with food than alone. Went well with everything from grilled octopus to whole grilled bronzino, and lamb chops.

May 17, 2018 - Tastes like Kool-aid. Very disappointing compared to their red.

April 19, 2018 - Bright and floral yet a little earthy. Aroma of violet, rose, and lilac. Maybe a little orange zest. High alcohol, beautiful litht and clear pink/orange color with yellow at the edge. At times it can look almost tawny or Auburn. Well balanced with an acidic finish. Lots of strawberry and lemon zest on the palate.
