  February 12, 2023 - Enjoyed this. Hint of age on the nose, plus flowers and spice. Nice and light, some red/purple plums perhaps the most dominant flavor. Would buy again.

  February 3, 2023 - Garnet robe, no signs of age. Earthy nose of herbs and spice. Flavors lean toward Nebbiolo with no dominant fruit flavor but a rich and complex mouthful of vino.

  March 25, 2021 - Aromatically gorgeous - intense dark cherry and rose, high toned and bright (not too far from nebbiolo). In mouth, fig (fresh and dry), raisin, and iron are presented in somewhat sticky texture (not too far from cannonau from sardegna / sandy soil). Good concentration, but the shift from vivid initial aroma to the dense mid-aftertaste is not well jointed. Long/acidic/astringent finish.
  
  Definitely a food wine, would work particularly well with certain oily food paring (deep fried fish with spicy thai sauce, fried calamari with acidic tomato sauce, etc.). Requires creativity to enjoy. Interesting, but a llittle disappointing considering $35 price.

  May 22, 2020 - Watery rim, bricked, bitter finish. Fruit was tired. None of the vibrancy it previous bottles have had - seems to have fallen off a cliff. Hopefully an off-bottle.
