March 7, 2024 - Opened for about an hour. The nose is all fruit. The palate is dark berries, plums, currants, tobacco and hints of spice leading to a moderately long finish.

April 14, 2023 - Mt Brave makes a good, solid cab. There’s no overextraction here, and they really seem to hit their stride after a 3 hr decant. Enjoyed this.

September 17, 2022 - Decanted for an hour. Dark deep fruit really excellent.

April 6, 2022 - Pnp'd then decanted for one hour before taking over to the HMCs for burgers and dogs. Great to start with bright energetic fruit. Better nose 1 hour in with deeper, softer dark red cab fruit. Silky soft. Drank well for 2-3 hours then sank to tarter red fruit and slightly coarser tannins. Became a bit dis-jointed then. Saved a glass at home and 2 more hours turned out much worse. Drink this right now in the first 2-3 hours or save for more years of aging......

November 30, 2021 - Everything I dislike about over blown california cabs. sickening sweet, flabby, and for me undrinkable!
