March 26, 2023 - 2016 is Showing is wow Factor now. Lush Red fruit, great acidity tingling the tongue. Shows variation of depth in casis and some black fruit. There is a very little minute amount of oak and some structure to this. Overall bravo to Vincent Arroyo for this single vineyard cab for the 2016 vintage.

August 17, 2021 - Very smooth Cabernet pop and pour. First and second day were pleasant and round on the palette. This made consumption easy and smooth , it finishes with mild fruit and tannins. The nose was blessed with subtle nuances of cassis and red fruits on the nose. Finish within two days. Third day releases notes of tobacco oak and is unsettling of the character of this wine. Hold til 2023 could be better then.
