July 12, 2021 - This was very smooth and a definite pleaser for novice wind drinkers. But it was very one-dimensional, with no finish and lacking depth. But easy to drink, for sure.

November 15, 2020 - Holiday spice and cherry nose. A good amount of red fruit but relatively thin while being slightly drying, stemmy and astringent. Best hope is another 12-18 months in the cellar.
