June 13, 2021 - Good wine that is still improving. Bottle showed best on 3d (last) day. Typical southern rhone profile of red fruit, herbs, game/cured meat note. Medium-to-full bodied. Not particularly tannic and medium acid. Was really just a pleasant but non-descript CDR-type wine on 1st day, but grew into something more.

March 19, 2021 - Decanted for two hours. Dark red color. Raspberry and garrigue nose. On the palate, smoke, black cherry, medium body, typical Grenache profile, vibrant acidity and medium tannins. Pleasant medium finish. Great value for mid week drinking.

November 23, 2020 - Delicious dark fruited wine. Full-bodied and with good acidity. Easy-drinking wine typical of southern rhone with grenache dominance

January 5, 2020 - An interesting and layered wine overall.

Deep ruby, fading to garnet in the glass.

On the nose shows ripe red and black fruit, complemented by herbs and smoke.

On the palate, under-ripe cherry, cranberry, and plum come in on the attack, followed by bell pepper, black pepper, and chalk on the mid to back palate, all fading into long finish.

There’s a nice acidity here, and the tannins are still quite firm and a bit overbearing at the moment. Should get better with age.

November 19, 2019 - Fruity a little bit to young
