  May 19, 2023 - Note taken after a couple hours of air. Nice nose of fruit and pencil shavings. Similar notes on the palate, with firm tannins and a rather long finish.
  
  No hurry at all on this one; has at least another decade of life. Give it some air if you open now.

  April 29, 2023 - Deep, rich, and concentrated. Perfect with the chargrilled ribeye, with mushrooms and asparagus. Red currant, red berries, tobacco, raspberry, black cherry, and forest floor. Everything to like, no downside. Enjoy through 2035. Perfect for the occasion.

  April 24, 2020 - I didn’t decant this as long as my bottle in February. Very drinkable now, but will keep for a decade. A great wine.

  February 15, 2020 - Decanted for two hours prior to note. Cherry, menthol, and cedar on the nose. Fruit and cedar dominate the palate, with rather firm tannins. Medium length finish. This is an older school California Cab with a touch of modern style. A great wine. Drink now with some air or cellar for another 5-10 years.
