October 9, 2021 - Not bad at all, but nothing special at the moment - a little thin and acidic yet - will hold my other bottles to see if they gain weight.

October 5, 2021 - Lighter body than I was expecting.

    September 23, 2021 - PnP
Pale ruby (light for a sangiovesse), with orange tinge starting at the edge
    Light/medium- body, dry
Spicy, good acidity, some herbs, some bright red fruit and cherry, but outweighed by the tannins, which are present but not overbearing. Overall a balanced, tasty, easy drinking, high quality wine for $25. Had with rigatoni and spicy sausages. Good quaffer and kept coming back for more due to good acidic finish.

    Would buy again for $25.

August 29, 2021 - Nose was exceptional after 30min decant. Pure old world. Highly transparent Garnet with slightly more orange rim already after 5 years.

Body med-light, acid high, alcohol integrated medium. Tannins medium grained and noted concentration front of mouth/tongue.

Buy again for sure at ~$25 USD

June 29, 2021 - Popped and poured. Nose of black cherry, forest floor, anise and spice. Cherry, forest floor, spice and soft, drying tannins on the palate. Well balanced with good persistence. Medium bodied. Served with grilled pork burgers.
