September 6, 2023 - Always good. All the good stuff. Nose, fruit, finish

June 25, 2023 - Opened and decanted for an hour. I did not focus on the wine because of family gathering but it was very good. It has lost sone of its youthful awkwardness and is smooth and juicy without being jammy. Still on the way up, couple years left till it peaks.

September 7, 2022 - Opened 2 btls for family gathering on Labor Day weekend. Slow oxed in Cellar for about 6 hours then decanted for 2. Nose is not all tgat memorable but the taste is really nice. The Malbec gives some nice acidity to the structured cab. Tannins are still a bit dry/tough but were completely resolved on day 2 after sitting overnight in a decantur. In 2 - 3 years, this will be a party wine.

December 25, 2021 - Nice, soft but nice

December 3, 2021 - This wine isn’t giving much now. I lacked the patience tonight for a few hour decant, which would do wonders for this wine.
A 3-5 hour decant is appropriate now or a handful of more years in the cellar. Tannins, acid, and fruit are all there to improve with time. My hopes are that I keep my hands off my remaining bottles until 2025
