  October 22, 2022 - Deep burgundy color. Great clarity. Blackberry cassis and pepper on the palate. Full bodied and a bit astringent. This is supposed to be 100% Cabernet Sauvignon but did not taste that way. Tasted like there was some Merlot and maybe some Petite Verdot in the blend. In my view this was a bit disjointed and one dimensional. Plenty of fruit but not much on the savory side. It is still early in the drinking window. Will check a couple of years.

  April 13, 2022 - Tasting with HMC and JAronson.......This one is deceptive.......my only bottle, decanted 2-3 hours beforehand and brought to tonight's tasting. Nothing special to start, maybe a 91-92, but by the end of the night and 6-7 total hours of air, it all comes together. The acidity and the backbone to this black fruited beauty really makes it shine. Please give this one the air it deserves. You will be rewarded.......
