April 7, 2019 - Salmon. Sharp, cool nose of strawberry, pear, and ginger preludes saline-infused strawberry and a prickly minerality (no not CO2). Nicely structured with racey acidity. Finishes salty. A nice rose. Drink now.

January 3, 2019 - Slightly sweet, slightly tannic. Good concentration of fruit. Simply fruity.

November 10, 2018 - first Italian rosé of Nebbiolo. Dry, more forward tannin than typical Provençal but still refreshing.

July 15, 2018 - Most expressive in the midpalate where this tickles after a somewhat quiet entry. Clean finish. Slight grip. Just enough fruit for me. Probably not enough for many. Solid on the lower end side.

June 22, 2018 - I am usually not into rosé but I have made it a habit that every summer I challenge myself a little with tasting a few.
Now this is really a lot of fun to drink. Orange/pink color. Perfumed notes of strawberries, some watermelon, flowery notes and some light spices too. It's medium bodied (in the context of rosé) and has beautiful medium+ acidity as well as a touch of bitterness (not sure if it's tannin or not). Good length with plenty of freshness and fruit. An easy to drink, fresh and very good Rosé at a very good price.
