Community Tasting Notes 3

July 7, 2019 - The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry and cinnamon. It tastes like blackberry, black currant (cassis), oak and cinnamon. The body is full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity.

December 24, 2018 - So smooth, it's almost sweet (in a good way). Not much information on the label as to its composition, but it's a mostly Malbec blend, aged 12 months in partially first-use oak. Compatible with more foods that a typical wine of that intensity would be, owing to its muted tannins. I'd buy more (despite the reconstituted cork--doesn't really cost that much more to use a real one!).

November 17, 2018 - Nothing spectacular, but very well made. Red Fruits present. pairs extremely great with steaks and roasted potatoes & asparagus. Missing a little "it" factor to be a complete hit". But pretty satisfying and bottle ended up empty fairly quickly!
