August 7, 2019 - Served blind.
Incredibly tough and rustic immediately upon opening. Some Pinot fruit, but more toughness initially.
With an hour, this opened up quite lovely, still rustic, but quite tasty. -

April 8, 2019 - Upon decanting nice round flavorful nose. Initial pour: nice legs, soft leather color. Flavor of tart cherries w/pleasant level finish. After 30 minutes: Nose of fresh roses & flavor of full rich cherries. Very nice w/brie & fig appetizer as well as Grilled Octopus salad.
